It was a cutesy affair with a colossal bollywood participation and a wonderful, minimal kind of energy
The Kunal Rawal-Arpita Mehta wedding has been the talk of the town off late. It was a cutesy affair with a colossal bollywood participation and a wonderful, minimal kind of energy. The wedding had a ton of astounding subtleties that we cherished, and as a bride, Aprita hit a homerun! The following are 5 things we most certainly adored about her marriage look, and brideys for the impending wedding season, kindly take a few pointers!
Arpita's charming bridal entry
The theme seemed to be all gold, and she had an amazing bridal entry,in a beautiful aisle with flower boys and girls and a long tulle veil. It was lovely at this point, fun with her doing a little dance, and extremely inspiring!
The bride's mehendi adornments
Her mehendi look was stunning as well, with some beautiful adornments which communicated everything against the quietly rich lehenga. The statement jewellery with the waterfall earrings, the hand harness and the layered necklace was absolutely mesmerising. Arpita planned a mint green lehenga with turquoise and cream thread and mirror work, with a 3D appliqué botanical dupatta. The gems were a blend of pieces from Krsala and Birdhichand Ghanshyamdas.
Her mirror work wedding lehenga with customized subtleties
Her wedding lehenga was delightful as well, a gold lehenga with mirror work that looked effortlessly serene.Arpita wore a one-of-a-kind creation made at her atelier. It was a gold Sheesh Mahal-inspired lehenga set with 18,700 mirrors along with cutdana and threadwork. “I had three dupattas — the one draped around my body had our initials and wedding date embroidered in French knots. I wore an organza ivory cream dupatta on the head, and completed my look with a 4-metre long tulle veil with 3D mirror work flowers,” the designer told Vogue.
Her polki wedding adornments, and those kaleere!
Arpita wore kaleere with customized themes by Mrinalini Chandra, in a similar gold tone as her lehenga. Her lovely layered polki gems with emeralds which added a pleasant difference to the wedding look was blended-and-coordinated treasure pieces with special crafts by Falguni Mehta and Vipul Agarwal.
A lovely sunset mehendi shoot
Arpita had a Sunset Mehendi in California, and we just can't resist the urge to gush over the photographs, which are stunningly beautiful. It was a shoot for certain pictures against the sunset, and we love the energy of these! So brides consider getting some shots like these done, especially if you're not having a sundowner wedding or portrait session!
